ILECS are delighted to announce we have secured a OneVision lift management contract with leading residential property management company, Rendall and Rittner.
Rendall & Rittner state ‘We are a responsible modern organisation, with best practice a fundamental part of our DNA… We are constantly developing initiatives to ensure that our day to day management is as effective as possible’. After establishing their requirements, and with this in mind, we were able to build a bespoke solution to ensure the highly effective day to day management of their lift portfolio using our OneVision service.
OneVision is a bespoke lift management service which has been developed over a period of 10 years and is now available nationwide. It will provide Rendall & Rittner with 365-day access to our online portal where they will have live visibility of their entire portfolio from any device. In addition to this, they’ll be able to access everything from an out of service lift, to an emergency call-out – all at the click of a button.
Our team of dedicated OneVision account managers will thoroughly check and log all lift related documentation on their behalf including LOLER reports, maintenance sheets, callout records, quotations and invoices. Notably, we’ll aim to reduce costs associated with maintenance, callouts and repairs over the course of a year – saving Rendall & Rittner and its clients valuable time and money.
As their trusted lift consultants, we will also be carrying out a wide range of other services including condition surveys, asset overview reports and full design duties.
